I saw a recipe for a Quinoa Berry Salad in the http://ohsheglows.com blog the other day…yum! I was just having a conversation with someone about how much we loved Quinoa, and how good it was for you (packed with fiber and protein), but it need another way to be displayed. In just eating it alone, or as the main grain, it can be a bit much. I have not tried this but it looks like a great tasting way to add some extra whole grain goodness to your summer fruits.
