Day 8: Establish Boundaries
You absolutely must know where you end and another begins. In order to have healthy relationships and life your life fully you must be able to tell someone when they are crossing the line. Set up healthy boundaries from the beginning, or learn to establish them now. Being able to separate our thoughts and feelings from those of others and take responsibility for our own thoughts and actions is critical to our living in healthy relationship with others.
Boundaries also should be established in our activities and time. Don’t over extend yourself by commiting to too many things.
