Day 19: Plan ahead

Oh as an extreme planner I love this one. Planning ahead can help make an event, a week, or balancing schedules much easier. By planning you can anticipate potential obstacles and make accommodations for them. You can allow for less anxiety right before an event and actually leave room for more simplicity in your life.

There is a downside to OVER planning though. By over planning you don’t allow for spontaneity to happen and can even forget to leave space for yourself. Plan but plan with caution.

Journal thought/prompt: Take a look at the week ahead and see what is happening, and if there is anything you could be doing now to help prepare for it.
